MORE RESEARCH IS NEEDED!




This bird is a mangrove hummingbird. We do not know very much about it, but we DO know 3 things; 1: it can beat its wings up to 100 times per second. 2: its favorite food is mangrove nectar. 3: there are areas of mangrove that seem like perfect habitats, but a hummingbird has never been seen there.

humming birds are awesome beating there wings so fast and drinking nectar. I wonder why they are not seen in those mangroves? nobody knows.

We LOVE hummingbirds at our house. Vi calls them "Tiny Birds."

Grandma must love the bird section. Humming birds are fun to watch. I wonder how long they live...
